May I Show Jira Issues Macro content to non Licensed Users

We have Jira Service Management linked to some Confluence space for knowledge base.

So we have some pages opened to our customers to access it and we use it for other projects as well. We wanted to create a page with a Jira Issue table for our customers to access it.

When we try it, we get the following result:

Am I missing anything? Is there any setting that could allow the macro to show its content?

@Jeff Santos

The user needs to have a Jira license to view the Jira issues via the macro.  Even though users can view issues in the portal without a license they will not be able to see issues, even their own, through the macro without a license.
