Making an instance-wide styling change in Confluence

Is there an easy way to make an instance-wide styling update in Confluence? We need to change the style of a large number of spaces in a Confluence instance, what's the best way to do this?

Do space templates help? Say we use a particular template to create spaces, would an update to the template update the spaces already created with this template as well?

Thanks

Aga

There is a global CSS stylesheet which you can use as described here.
