Mailto: Links Not Saving

Hi,

I've created a mailto: link on a confluence page. When I'm in editing mode, it works great! As soon as I hit update (to save the page) the link breaks and just lists the link address as #.

Having the same issue. Mailto links work great in editor, but turn into a # when saving the page.
