i have the following configuration:
send batched notifications: 0 0/10 * 1/1 * ? *
flush mail queue: 60
but i can't see any mails in the mail- or error-queue during this period.
how can i check to whom mails are sent if i have support-tickets from users complaining, that they don't get a mail they should?
