Regarding a confluence macros combability to cloud.
While checking for some of the macros that are offered by default in the confluence DC can be migrated to cloud.
Below is the list macros:

While most of the Confluence macros are migrated to the cloud, you may need to manually fix some of them to properly render the information.
The add-on macros migration compatibility may be documented in migration pathway.
You can also raise a support ticket with the vendor for more info.
