Macro display options columns with spaces in column name are not shown in tables

hi guys,

I've used the "Macro display options" quite successfully to display a table listing all sub pages with nice columns, etc.  But there is one field that has a blank space "Next occurence" that won't show up. 

I'm listing all the fields in the "Columns to show" field and all of them are present, except the last one that has that blank space. I've tried with "" like "Next occurence", but that won't work either.  

Any idea?
