We are going thru an audit and created a generic email for auditors to log into our account with. However, that is being shared by a group of folks spread out over the country, and because MFA is disabled it's sending out an email with a code instead, which isn't helpful! How do we turn this off completely so that national groups like an auditing firm can share ONE user without having to rely on someone checking emails for codes??? Below is the details of email :

Well, it sounds like the security kicked in specifically for things like what you are doing - single user account being accessed by multiple people with a share password. This is not secure! Even for auditors. I suggest you open a support ticket with Atlassian to get their feedback.
