LucidChart diagrams not shown despite in editing mode

Dear community,

first and foremost: This is my very first post so sorry in advance should the information be insufficient and thank you all very much for any support, it will be very much appreciated.

The issue I have been facing for a while now is that, when I create Lucidchart diagrams, they appear as a blank white are with a frame, around them yet the content is not shown. 

This applies for different sizes, different styles, ... --> I did not manage to find a common thread so far.

As soon as I change to editing mode (on the Cofluence page, not in Lucidchart), the diagram's content is shown again.

I did not change any setting concerning viewing rights.

I was having the same issue, I found that the LucidChart box was set to Bold for the Confluence Text.

It was the only thing that was different between the diagrams that were displaying and the one that wasn't. When I removed the Bold text setting, the diagram now displays when not in edit mode.

Doesn't seem like it should make a difference, but apparently it does.
