Lost access to Admin account

Hi,

Recently my organisation has lost the credentials to the login for our administrator account with permissions to manage extensions to Confluence Cloud. We do not have any other admin accounts and hence cannot change the details. Furthermore, we do not currently have access to the associated email address. I have been to admin.atlassian.com to attempt to add a user to the list of admins but I do not have permission. 

Ideally, we would like to add another admin to the list in order to resume management.

From what you say, no one else has administrator access to the instance, it seems a bit strange, because to remove permissions someone would have to have that permission.
The general site administrator , do you know who that is?


If none of this is possible, I suggest you ask Atlassian for help to see if they can help you through their support page
