Loop syntax in confluence sequence diagram

Hi, I am trying to create a sequnce diagram using confluence, there is a loop statement. Something wrong here, could you please help to resolve this error?

opt
    loop condition until Offer is found
       Digital Assist-->Cust: Greeting and Inquiry to Customer

Cust-> Digital Assist: Answers question

Digital Assist->Cloud: Send Answer

CSP BSS->Cloud: Get Offer or Next Question

CSP BSS-->Cloud: Send Offer or Next Question

AWS-->Digital Assist: Send Offer or Next Question

Hi @Dinesh Sharma and welcome to the Community!

What Marketplace App are you using to create the diagrams? There is no native function to do so. The App vendor will probably be able to help with your question.

Thanks for your response. I am not using any app, all I am doing is - 

1. Login to confluence

2. Create a page

3. Select sequence diagram

4. Typing the above text

It is failing at the "OPT -- Loop -- End'. If I remove these it works fine.

The error mesage is "Expecting ',' 'LINE', 'DOTLINE','MESSAGE',got 'NL'".

speak to your Confluence Admin and ask what App you are using. My best guess is this: Sequence Diagrams for Confluence | Atlassian Marketplace

As a normal user, you often wouldn't notice the difference between Native Confluence or a Marketplace App. Sequence Diagrams is 100% not a native functionality though.

You will have to contact the App Vendor for App specific support unless it is a far spread App that a lot of people are using.
