Loom video not loading

Hi there
I've embedded some videos into Confluence using a smart link, everything is public - both the Loom video itself, the folder it is in and the confluence page.
When I view the video in confluence as a logged in user the video works well.
When i view the confluence page in Incognito mode and when a public users views the confluence page the video will not load. Error message in the attachmements.
please help!

Hi @Simon Klobas

Have you tried using incognito and logging into Loom first, before you click on the confluence link?

I'm not familiar with loom, but do you need to be logged in to view content?
