Hi,
The 'Summarize changes' feature could be useful for my target group, but that really depends on how exactly it works.
My question: Suppose I am a user (with view-only rights) and I visit page X on August 20. On August 22, this page is edited by an Administrator. On August 25, I search for a page in the Knowledge Base and click around here and there, spending a few seconds on page X (without needing this page at the time) while doing so. On August 27, I return to page X, and this time I do really need it. If I use the 'Summarize changes' feature then, will I see that 'no changes have been made since August 25'? If that's the case, the feature becomes significantly less valuable, which could also apply to other companies.
Thanks in advance
Thanks. Any plans an adding a factor where a visit of a couple of seconds isn't counted in this logic as 'a visit'?
Hi, @Chiel Kooiker, welcome to the Atlassian Community!
The Summarize changes function currently work exactly as you have described, summarizing the changes from the user's last visit. In the case you describe, since there are no new changes from the user's last visit, they would see a summary of the page instead.
From the documentation:
Atlassian Intelligence will only generate a summary of changes if someone has edited the page since your last visit; otherwise you will see a summary of the page itself.
