I have been using Confluence every day for months in Edge (Current Version 88.0.705.81 ).
My browser and windows are all completely up to date. I was using Confluence all morning. I logged out to test a link and now it will not let me log back in. I can log in using Chrome, which I normally use for testing purposes.
I have cleared my cache, disabled extensions and followed the steps I have seen others advised to do. I keep getting this message:
We couldn’t log you in. You may run into this issue when you use specific browsers or add-ons that hide the referer header for id.atlassian.com and other Atlassian sites.
I can log into my.atlassian.com, but when I click the Confluence link, I get the same message.
I found the problem. There were some Atlassian cookies that were not deleted. By deleting all the atlassian related cookies, I was able to work properly again.
