Hi,
I would like to generate a table that shows me certain page titles that are already labelled with a certain label. All these pages must be manually checked for 4 test criteria (topicality, conformity, comprehensibility, consistency).
I have already tried the macros "list by labels (content by label)" and Content Report Tabel. However, I fail in each case because the output cannot be further processed in a separate table or I cannot add my own columns manually.
I'm sure it works with Page Properties, but it's quite a lot of work, as I would then have to edit every page (currently 35) and that's quite time-consuming. I also don't know how to realise this with PDF documents, which I would also have to check for up-to-dateness etc.
Does anyone have any ideas on how to go about this?
Hi @Bernd Zeltinger ,
Our Table Filter, Charts & Spreadsheets for Confluence app may help.
You'll be able to generate the Content Report Table and look up (merge) it with a manually created table that you can edit. Please check this Community question for an example (there we look up the Jira Issues table and manually created table for additional notes).
The combined table can be also filtered and aggregated if required.
