Hello,
In Confluence, we utilize labels to organize our pages, and each label contains the department's name before the underscore to indicate its relevance. For example, we have labels such as 'hr_documents,' 'account_documents,' 'hr_prices,' and 'account_prices.' Our goal is to automatically generate a list of unique labels starting with each department name, such as 'hr,' 'account,' and so on. This way, every department will know what specific information they can search for. Is there a way to automate this process for each department?
Hello @Alara YILDIZ
I don't believe this is any bulk create option available out of the box. You will need to take a look at some of the apps available on the Marketplace: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/search?product=confluence&query=labels
Hi @Alara YILDIZ ,
Welcome to the Community.
Have you already looked at the macro 'Labels list' ?
See this documentation.
