Hello, I would like to have page in Confluence with list all projects in JIRA optionally with project leads.

Is it possible using groovy or some plugin please?

Thank you.

You should be able to just use the Projects macro? Edit your page and click Insert > Other Macros and search for "Projects":

Once you save your page, you should get a list of the projects with leads (although i've blanked out some names).

This looks like a good solution. Unfortunately I cannot fin the projects macro in Confluence. We are on version 5.8.18. Is it possible to add this macro to our environment?

The Projects Macro is unavailable in version 8.5.4 as well:

Yes. Use the CLI Macro from Run CLI Actions in Confluence. The action would be getProjectList. Here is an how to: How to display list action results in a table.
