Linked Transition
I create this automation:
when issue is assigned, if state equals NUOVO/NEW then transition the issue to ASSEGNATO/ASSIGNED.
then i create another automation:
When issue is transitioned if linked issues present, for linked issues then transition the issue to copy from trigger issue.
The second automation goes well if i transition the ticket manually.
But if i recreate the first automation it doesn't go.
Can someone help me?

You need to tick the 'Allow rule trigger' to allow your first rule to execute the second.
