I miss the possibility to link to specific cell or row in a table.

Adding a heading within a table cell will generate a copy-able link now (reminder to hit publish to get link). The anchoring isn't perfect but its a good enough solution.

Link to headings works fine when it is an actual heading on the page, and I've successfully linked content within tables to headings on other pages. But for content within a table cell, setting the text into a heading doesn't generate the same copy-able link as normal headings have...

I also really miss this feature!
However it doesn't seem to be possible in the new editor right now. The documentation for Confluence Cloud states in https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/insert-links-and-anchors/ (date: 2020-09)
Linking to text formatted as headings in tables isn’t currently possible in the new editor.
