Is it possible to add a link in an email that will open directly to a template?
We are trying to move our employee nominations from Survey Monkey to Confluence, but our average user doesn't create pages often enough and therefore is quite intimated and challenged by clicking the Create Button from a page.
I was just wondering if there was a solution to make it easier on them?
When you click the template button it creates a new draft. The draft has a unique draft ID that is created for that template in the space you created it in. If you copy this you will be giving out the page and everyone would end up using the same page.
I would suggest that you just create some good documentation of the process in Confluence and share that link with everyone. Then you will not have to worry about any issues.
You also might consider an app from the marketplace like coniforms that allows you to create a form that they can just submit in Confluence. This does cost money though. https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1211860/confiforms-data-forms-workflows?hosting=cloud&tab=overview
