Link fixing by getting the content ID of Confluence Cloud

ADM Arnaud August 5, 2024

Hello,

We are migrating a Server Confluence to Cloud Confluence.

We have several internals tools using our Server Confluence like Nagios, OTRS, Teams posts, etc.

We would like to remap the pages links in our internal tools.

Is is possible to get this information from a Cloud Confluence or it's strictely available on Server Confluence ?

Thanks for help.

Regards.

Hello @ADM Arnaud

As per the answer in this post you should be able to set up your own redirection service to redirect from the original URL to the new URL, and the page should display.

There was an open question there concerning original URLs that had page IDs instead of page Names. The page IDs are changed during migration to Cloud.

I don't think there is currently a simple method available to Confluence/Organization Admins to extract a list of all pages and their URLs from a Confluence Cloud instance. You could try contacting Atlassian Support to see if they would provide you with that information.
