Hello,
I would like to set up labels gathered from each Confluence page in a particular way. Can someone guide me on this? Much thanks!
Each page (within the same space) has its own unique labels.
Using the Labels List macro, it displays all the unique tags from all the pages within 1 space. Nice.
Now, clicking on a particular tag will display the related page, with Related Labels on the right hand side.
Now, is it possible to have labels from all pages displayed on the right hand side? This means the Related Labels will display:
p1-tag1, p1-tag2, p1-tag3, p2-tag2, p2-tag3, ... , p3-tag1, p3-tag2, p3-tagN
on every Labelled content page?
Hi @charleslcso
You can play with the 'related labels' macro and the page layout to put the 'related labels' in the right most column of the page. That may get what you are looking for.
@Shawn Doyle - ReleaseTEAM thank you for the pointer.
I'm on Confluence Server.

Based on the Edit macro function, it seems that only a Subset of labels is available. I need the Superset.
The Documentation for 7.19 is https://confluence.atlassian.com/conf719/related-labels-macro-1157466895.html, and the doc also mentions subset of labels.
Am I looking at the wrong place?
Also, how do I edit the layout of the page "Labelled content"?

The superset would be just leaving that field empty.
For the editing the layout, I was referring to the pages where you want the related labels to appear and not the page that is produced when you click thru the label macro.

Hi @charleslcso ,
it's not possible to configure the "Labelled conten" page out of the box. What's displayed on the right hand side are the labels that are used together with the given label on the same page(s). So this information is populated automatically.
Have you contacted the vendor of the plugin responsible for the "Tags"-Button in the sidebar? Maybe they've got an idea to achieve what you want.
Cheers,
Nicolai
Edit: I understand you'd like to have a list of all labels in the space. Why not have a Label List macro on every page or in the sidebar.

As I'm on Server licence, of which has expired, I can't use the plugin anymore because I have not purchased it before Feb 2024.
The suggestion to have Label List macro on every page still won't display ALL labels within a space in the list.
May be I haven't been clear enough, the main reason why I want to have all the labels within a space to be displayed is I want to use +label_1 function to narrow down the related articles. For example, I can click on +label_1 from page_1, +label_2 from page_2, and page_1, page_2 will be displayed under Labelled content.
A tedious workaround I can think of, is to add a "common" tag such as AAA to ALL pages. I click on this common tag from the Labels List page, then all labels from the space will be displayed.
I can now proceed to narrow down the right pages by clicking +label on the Related Labels (right side of page)

What labels are missing in the Label List macro and how did you find out?
