have you had a look to the documentation around labels.
In the end are labels keywords that can be used to categorise pages / blogposts etc
https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/add-remove-and-search-for-labels-136419.html
https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/use-labels-to-categorize-spaces-136647.html
To list all labels in a space you could use the labels list macro https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/labels-list-macro-180846844.html
Cheers

@Kurt Klinner thank you for the answer, i am looking for the feature which shows all list of pre-existing labels in the confluence,
e.g.: pageidentifier_excel2adoption (if i use this label in the draft page, when i switch to viewport, i will be able to upload the excel file)
in there any list of labels in the confluence.

As stated you could give https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/labels-list-macro-180846844.html on a per space level a try
Alternatively if you have access to the confluence db you could look into the labels table, https://confluence.atlassian.com/confkb/how-to-query-the-database-to-find-pages-using-a-specific-label-in-confluence-987144349.html should give you some ideas
Cheers

@Kurt Klinner thank you for the answer, "label list" macro gives the list of labels which are already used in confluence in our space.
But i am looking for options to find all pre-existing labels in confluence.
e.g.: {backgroundcolor|yellow , pageidentifier_excel2adoption.....
