LOGIN ISSUES - JUST STARTED

In the last 3 weeks, I have started to recived login messages when trying to login into Jira using IE 11.  No issues with the other browsers FF and Chrome.

Allowing third-party cookies is a pretty serious security hole.  When is Atlassian going to fix this?
