LBG Colleagues are unable to view the Easy/Power BI report added to Confluence (link below), although Sapient Partner colleagues can.
I think you will need to talk to your administrators about the permissions your "LBG" people have.
You've landed in a place which is for general help with Atlassian products (amongst other Atlassian related stuff), not with a specific system. Most of us here have less access to and less knowledge of your system than you do, and although we can help out in general, this question is about access, and we're not your admins! Your admins might be here, but it's a long-shot asking the community and hoping one of them will see it!
Hopefully, there's some better contact links in your docs, but if not, then the next thing to do is ask your colleagues who your admins might be and how to contact them.
The access to eazyBI reports is managed via eazyBI accounts.
You should make sure that your LBG people have access to the same eazyBI account where the report is created.
