I need to organize a Knowledge Base that should to be accessible from icon, placed in the bottom of our web CRM and opened as popup.
Further, the text and table content should be automatically optimized for that popup size. In case of user need to view details (images, video etc) he should to may open it in another browser tab.
For better understanding, please see the attached pdf with steps. There is another company who can provide this opportunity, but my organization is already using atlassian products, including Confluence and I don't really want to complicate our ecosystem with additional tools.
