Just getting started - question on install of Confluence/Jira

I am just getting started and I purchased the on-prem Confluence and Jira Software packages. I see that they both have a download....Can both of them be run on the same server? Also what are the server specs? Thanks

Hi Justin,

welcome to Atlassian Community.

Yes, it is possible to install both products on the same server but in the opinion of several seasoned admins it is not especially advisable. In case you want to do it, please refer to some basic considerations.

As for your question to sizing there are guides for Jira and Confluence around.
