Jira enhancer plugin license

We need a clarification. If we buy license for a version of Jira Enhancer plug-in, will it be a one time cost
or do we need to pay annually for the plug-in to work with out any issues. Please assume that we don't migrate
to new versions of Jira and plug-in.
