I recently setup an account with Confluence. I personalised a Jira workflow and a link to it appeared at the bottom of the Confluence sidebar (on the left).
(... .atlassian.net/wiki/home) This morning the link has disappeared.
I can see the workflow builder here:
... .atlassian.net/jira/software/projects/KAN/settings/issuetypes/10001/workflow
Can anyone advise why it disappeared and how to get it back.
Many thanks, Rob
Thanks for replying. The link was automatically named "Jira Project" ant appeared at the bottom of the Confluence sidebar. I spent the last 4 hours trying to jet it back and finally tripped over a YouTube video mentioning Smart Links - I used it and now have a link to it in the Pages area of the Confluence sidebar. I'm hoping that this will work but I'm in the UK and the other person who needs to access it is in the USA - so I'll only know later if this works. Here are screenshots of where the link was and the Jira workflow it was linked to.
Best wishes,
Rob
Interesting - I was not aware that you could place a link in the Home page. Although, Confluence Home was changed a couple of times in the past year or so.
Anyway, Smart Links in the space navigation/page tree should be okay as they should be visible to everyone, although the display of the content depends on the restrictions placed directly on content itself.
Cheers,
Tobi

Thanks Tomisalve - we'll see later on.
I've no idea how I created the original I was trying to find my way around everything.
Anyway I'm liking what I found.
Thanks again for your help.
With best wishes,
Rob

Hi @Robert C ,
Would you mind sharing a screenshot of where exactly you've used this link? I'm guessing we're talking about shortcut on a Confluence space (or somehow Home directory?) which would redirect you to Jira.
Cheers,
Tobi
