I'm working w/ a team that is done using Jira, and has started using GitLab projects. In doing so, all the support and shared service request automation we have is not going to work, and we need to reroute over to Git. Does Jira handle automation into a GitLab Projects backlog? I know you can create Git branching and code repos into Git from Jira, but I'm not seeing any way to just create a linked product backlog item from an escalation or shared service request from JSWs or JSMs into Gitlab projects.
