I have recently completed a migration from Confluence DC to Confluence Cloud (Premium plan) where the Confluence Cloud instance is Application Linked to a Jira Data Center instance.
In both the Confluence DC and Confluence Cloud instances the Adaptavist Content Formatting for Confluence app is installed. The version of the Cloud app is 1.2.34-AC.
There were pages in Confluence DC that used the Tabs macro from the app. Within the Tabs macro a Jira Issues/Filters macro has been placed. This works correctly.
In that same page migrated to Confluence Cloud the Jira macro never populates with data and no error is reported.
If the same Jira macro is on the page outside of the Tabs macro, that Jira macro populates fine.
We've tried this on brand new Confluence Cloud pages also with the same results.
I opened a case with Adaptavist and they have logged it today as a bug.

It's not working for me either at this point. They were all set up correctly and still seem to be setup correctly, but aren't loading properly.
