I tried to report this as a bug, but it directed me here instead of giving any option to report a bug.
Using the Jira Issue macro, I noticed the Open Preview option when hovering over an Issue. Nice!
However, it only works once and does nothing on subsequent attempts. There are lots of errors in the console related to <ourdomain>/rest/api/3...
It's a shame because it would be a useful feature.
@Joel Ransom Did you report this to Atlassian? This is occurring on linked issues directly in Jira as well.
I haven’t been able to get back to this will try to do today. Thanks for the additional observation.

Alexander, I tried and failed to enter a bug report. See my thread below with Shawn.
Probably you should file your issue separately anyway, as it might have a difference cause/solution.
Regards,
Joel

Shawn, it doesn't let me report a bug. When I click Create it takes me here: (FYI Confluence Cloud is not in Project dropdown)
When I click Report a new bug it takes me to this url: https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/ and the following form.
This is how I ended up here in the first place.
