Jira Form for Companion App Feedback isn't working

The form for submitting feedback regarding to the Companion App (https://jira.atlassian.com/rest/collectors/1.0/template/form/79fa9cf3\) is not working.

The Companion app has this link in its context menu for submitting feedback. But you cannot submit this form because when clicking "Submit" there pops up a super-descriptive error: "Oops, something went wrong"

In chrome dev console you can see: "You are not allowed to create issues in this project"

There appears to be a problem with feedback project permissions, if you use your Atlassian support account you can leave feedback, but it does not work anonymously.
