JQL does not work after updating

Hi!

After updating Confluence 7.13.3 -> 7.13.7 problems appeared:

JQL requests in which there are cyrillic alphabet are now not displayed in the macro

Solving the problem: add the line to setenv.sh

CATALINA_OPTS="-Dfile.encoding=utf-8 -Dsun.jnu.encoding=utf-8 ${CATALINA_OPTS}"
