JIra is very slow and loading only browser

JIra is very slow and loading only browser and even i tried with connect and disconnect its solves the problem.

Please let me know how can i resolve it.

Welcome to the community.

As explained by @Valerie Knapp you can look at the status or raie an issue at Atlassian.

But do you have a global slowness on everything you do on the internet, might it be your connection?

Contact your home ISP or if your working via your companies connection (direct, VPN or other), raise an issue there.

It might be related to firewall or other.

Please can you confirm, you are trying to access Jira in the cloud and it's not loading?

I would recommend to bookmark this page so you can check the status of Atlassian products - https://status.atlassian.com/ 

If you are still encountering issues, I would recommend to open a support ticket to Atlassian because they are the only ones who can do a direct intervention to help.
