JIRA macro does't work

I get this error

Error on line 119: The element type "meta" must be terminated by the matching end-tag "</meta>".<br/>class java.io.IOException

while trying to add list of JIRA issues using JIRA macro in Confluence

What does this error mean?

Hello,

This errors suggests that the URL was wrongly entered to the URL field. In this case, please go to Issue Filter or Search result from JIRA, navigate to Views >> XML and copy the URL from the Web browser to URL field in JIRA Issues Macro, see how it goes.

Is it possible to use permanent link to my search not a link from xml view?
