JIRA Errors - Confluence Page Gadget

Confluence: 7.5.1

JIRA: v8.8.1

Within a JIRA dashboard using the Confluence Page Gadget the confluence page embeds and works but I have the following error at the top of the page:

The resource /rest/files/1.0/files/content/undefined, cannot be found.

Using OAuth with impersonation for app links.  Apache proxy for JIRA in dev and HAProxy staging/prod.  Same error in both cases.

JIRA: Access.log example: [24/Jun/2020:11:29:22 +0000] "GET /static-assets/metal-all.css HTTP/1.1" 200 24353 18 "https://x.x.x.x/rest/files/1.0/files/content/undefined" "Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.15; rv:77.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/77.0" "yugv00"

HTTPD ssl_error_log example: ssl_error_log-20200621:[Wed Jun 17 11:38:22.621619 2020] [proxy_http:error] [pid 25822] (70008)Partial results are valid but processing is incomplete: [client x.x.x.x:52961] AH01110: error reading response, referer: https://x.x.x.x/rest/files/1.0/files/content/undefined
