after Confluence was updated the check boxes which we use to track the approval process happen to be unchecked after it was checked. such happens after the page was added , it can be tracked in the history page
from the page history we see in version 7 the boxes are checked
After the page was added the check boxes were unchecked by the system
Please let us know when it will be fixed, as it has a huge impact on our process and will impact our result during the audit review
