Issue with Page Tree Formatting on Space Home Page

I added the Page Tree macro to the Space landing page. However, I noticed that the arrows are not lining up with the text. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

I noticed this earlier as well. Just QA'ed it on my Confluence brand new page on a brand new space. Bullet isn't lined up with text.
