I have just encountered a bizarre issue with the Info macro. The macro did not allow me to include screenshot inside the Info box, so this is how it looked like:
If i tried to add an Info macro to the screenshot, this is how it looked like:
Hello Connie,
Thank you for bringing this up to us. The panel macro (including info, note, warning, tip) only supports rich text at this time. Per Insert the info, tip, note, and warning macros:
Macro names:
info/tip/note/warning
Macro body: Accepts rich text.
There's a feature request below to be able to insert an image within the panel macro:
By voting on the request, you'll automatically receive a notification when there are any updates.
Thank you, and take care.

Hi Shannon, thank you so much for responding to my question. The weird thing is that if the image is under a bullet (see attachment), then it has no problem. Or if I add a bullet in front of the image, then it can stay inside the box. Is that something expected from the product design standpoint?

Hi Connie,
In this case, the bullet point formatting is controlled by the Atlassian Document Format rather than the new editor. It seems that is what is allowing the images to be embedded. For example, this would likely work across our other products too.
You can continue to use this as a workaround; if anything changes with ADF then it might stop working. Until then, you can follow the feature request I shared.
Let me know if you have any questions about that!
