Is there some way to get Confluence page content without menus, nav, etc.?

Is it possible to call a Confluence page in such a way that it will return only the page content, not the menu and sidebars? I'd like to do that to embed help in a web application. For example, for this page:

https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/DOC/Working+with+Links

I'd like to return only the wiki-content div.

This doesn't seem to work any more. Is there an alternative?
