Is there any way where customer can download the attachment without login

Hello team,

my customer wont prefer to create account in JIRA services desk.

we will also not prefer as we are retail product seller.

we want our user should able to download the file like attachment

is there any way to handle this case.

You can make a space completely public by allowing "anonymous" access, without any account.  Pages that are anonymously accessible allow people to download their attachments too.
