Is there any better way to preserve my data when I deactivate my subscription in Atlassian?

Hello. Got a question about data preservation when stop subscription.
I know that deactivating subscription makes my data into data preservation period, and after 15~60 days it will permanently deleted.
There is huge amount data in Confluence and Jira, I hope back up my data without keep activating subscription.
Is there ways or alternatives to do this?

You need to export and backup the data yourself, Atlassian won't do this for you.

@Pandaone Consider what are you intending to do with your data in the future. This may affect how you back up the data so that it is in a usable format for you.
