Is there any Atlassian support person that we can talk to on a phone?

We have a Confluence Cloud presence.  We want to import a single Space from an older on-prem server.  We cannot use the Migration Assistant based on our reading.  Is there a person we can talk to on the phone?

Hi @Peterson, James - Please reach out to the Atlassian support by raising a request here - https://support.atlassian.com/ They will be able to help you.

As I am reading your problem. I can provide you answers if you could help to understand from which Confluence server, you would like to import your space from?

Regards,

Raja

You are essentially telling me, as a member of the community, that there is no way we can actually talk to an Atlassian representative/technician.  Instead, we have to explain a complex problem via chat.  Is chat the only means of support?

I did submit a request.  Last time I reached out on this same issue, the support team told me to "try it and call if there is a problem" via email.  I don't believe this is an acceptable support model nor a viable response for our change management program.
