Is there an option to set up a popup notification for a Confluence Space?

Deaer Community,

The reason I am asking for this is that I would like to inform space members about important changes to the space and other information in the most prominent way.

So what I want to reach would be a window that pops up when a user enters a specific space. The window should not be another browser window but included in the space itself. When changing to another Space it should disappear. Moreover, it would require a setting to not show the popup again until new changes are published, to prevent the users from getting annoyed. It also should feature all editor functionalities of the usual page creation.

Is there an addon that already or partly fulfills these requirements?
