Hello,
I have a need to create a form on my confluence page for other users to input their requests...used as an intake form for work from my team. I have created this form successfully. I have created a child page and used the "Forms - Responses Table" macro, and am able to see the submitted form. However, I need to be able to update the information initially submitted from the form ...for example update the "unassigned" to a member on my team, update the status from "new" to another status of the request, etc.
These fields in the form are a dropdown menu.
We also need to be able to update a notes field from the initial submitted form, to be able to add details on the work we've done.
This field is a free-form field in the form.
As it currently is, the responses table is view-only.
Is there something within the form fields that I need to change to allow fields to be updated even after it's been submitted? Or is there a different type of a table that I need to use that can receive submitted form data and be able to be updated as needed?
Each time we update the submitted form data, an email should be triggered to both the form originator as well as the form assignee.
We currently use this functionality on our SharePoint site, but we're trying to move over to use Confluence instead.
Thanks.

Hi @Emilee Webber and welcome,
If you're on Confluence Cloud, take a look at Confluence Databases. It's currently in Beta and it might become a part of your workflow here.
