We would like to be able to set startDate and endDate to specific pages on confluence. How can we accomplish this?

You can query the database in order to retrieve the creation date of a give page (you can refer to the CONTENT table). As for the endDate I'm not sure what it would mean? Do you want to set an end date to prevent users from continue editing this page?

Not exactly, we would like to be able to publish pages at a certain time (create content and release pages at any given time automatically). Similarly to what we can do with plugin Time Control. Saddely, they do not offer any form of support which we are reluctant to. We are trying to achieve this without a plugin which doesn,t seem to be possible so far.
