Hello,
I have a user that can't view the content of a space, ( we don't give him view permission), and I have a page inside that space that I want to share it with him: I want him to see only that page,
the only solution I could think about is give him view permission then, add restriction on all other pages in that space, but this solution isn't practical,
is there any other way to do that, even with a Confluence App,
thank you,

Welcome to the community!
In Confluence, permissions are generally set at the space level, so a user needs view permissions for the entire space to access any content within it. Unfortunately, there isn’t a built-in way to allow a user to view a single page while keeping the rest of the space hidden, unless they have view access to the space.
The solution I’ve used in the past is:
Granting view permissions to the user for the entire space, then applying page restrictions to all other pages. This way, the user can only see the page you want them to access, while the rest of the pages are restricted. It’s not the most efficient if you have a lot of pages, but it works.
If the page is important and distinct enough, another option is to move it to a new space and only give that user view access to that space. This keeps the original space secure without needing to manually restrict every other page.
As a simpler alternative, you can export the page as a PDF or Word document and share it directly with the user. This is helpful if they just need to view the content but don’t need to interact with it directly in Confluence.
Alternatively, there are some Confluence apps in the marketplace that might provide more granular control over permissions, like Comala Document Management or Scroll Viewport, which can help with more detailed access settings.
Kind Regards
