Is there a way to create a file list pulling files with labels from another page?

Each of my projects folders contains a file list for all files in that project.  Each architectural document is labeled with "architecture".  I'd like to create a file list at the root that shows all architectural documents from all sub pages.  Is this possible?

@Ed_Williams - welcome to the forums.

You should check out the 'Content by Label' Macro.

Your documents should be saved to your space, like in a file list. This will allow you to add multiple labels to each document. You could label documents as 'document' and 'architecture', so that the macro only finds documents and not all page mentions of the word architecture.

Complete some of the filters on the Macro to filter only results for the required space, and any other filters you need.

Hope that helps.

Perfect!  Thank you!
