Is there a way to add RAID log details like risks/decisions from notes that we take in a word doc

We currently take notes in a word doc and then upload them to a separate page from the RAID log. Is it possible to use a macro that would pull keywords from the Word doc and automatically update the RAID log page?

I'm trying to explore your query and pardon me. If I understand your query, you might be asking for the ways of automatic transfer of certain portion of data from Word doc to RAID registry!! If, so this is not the right forum and you may need to post in Microsoft community.
