Is there a way in Confluence to protect download links with an NDA

We are looking to build in functionality similar to the "download SOC 2" link on the page found below.

Is there functionality in Confluence to do this?

Jamie here at Appfire. Are you looking for this to be internally facing or for public consumption (like the link you provided)? If internal, you could try our app, Comala Document Management, which lets you customize workflows. The most helpful feature would be the requirement for e-signatures. We also have Comala Read Confirmations, which enables you to assign users to confirm they read a specific document. 

Since neither of these are exactly what you're looking for, you could have a look at the Marketplace apps dedicated to helping with compliance. There are a lot of great options out there!

@Courtney Dooley Thanks for sharing.  There was an app for server that allowed for this.  I was not able to find anything for server.   The only thing I can think of in cloud would be a workflow app.  You would then have them agree when they look at the page.  You could download some of the apps and test them for 30 days to make sure that they meet your need.
